Disgusting Useless, Unhelpful Care Line Consultants

Sadly, Dischem doesn't care about their loyal clients. Especially during these stressful times, they don't respond to our emails and queries. I ordered something from them. They are so arrogant that their help line/care line staff are sleeping or not interested in doing the job they were hired for. I sent 4 emails and contacted them several times, but they fail to respond. I know I have the correct email, because long ago I sent them a compliment on that very same email, when a staff member was very helpful to me. However, months later, it seems like their service has degenerated to a deplorable level. Sadly disgusted with Dischem.
