Disgusting store , they should close down

I’m incredibly disappointed with the treatment I received at Dis-Chem Nicolway. Upon entering the store, I was followed closely by security, made to feel like a ******** for simply walking in. As a Black woman, this kind of racial profiling is not only offensive — it’s dehumanizing.

There was no reason for the behaviour except prejudice. I came to shop, not to be watched like a threat. This kind of conduct is disgusting and unacceptable. If Dis-Chem allows such behaviour, then they’re complicit in promoting a toxic and discriminatory environment.

No customer — regardless of their race — should be made to feel unsafe or unwelcome when supporting a business. I will not return to that store, and I urge management to do better. Train your staff. Hold them accountable. We deserve respect and dignity, just like anyone else.
