Disgusting Staff and Service

CLEARWATER DISCHEM I am a regular shopper at Dischem for many years now and know my profile was loaded and have a Dischem card as well. I tried purchasing tablets over the counter for diarrhea today but was turned away because the staff member (an old lady) who cannot spell could suddenly not find my profile and refused to allow me to buy the medication. This is the first time ever. I would also like to make Dischem aware of their staffs' attitude towards customers. They very slow and downright rude. I spoke to other customers in store and was advised that many customers are being turned away by the very same "old lady". I left the store and went to Clicks where I purchased the medication without any problems. Their staff is courteous and helpful.
