Disgusting Services from Dischem Jhb

Good day, I received my monthly chronic medication from Dischem in Jhb Alberton. Numerously they do not pack the full request as per script emailed via the Doctor or me but charges the medical FULL amt of +-R2000.00.

During this month of January 2025, I received 2 calls from Dischem confirming my medication. It was to be delivered as previously on 07/01/25 but never happened. Dischem invoiced Discovery Full for this medication as I viewed it on the system. Ain't this *****. Invoicing without delivery. Same as if I had to walk out of Dischem of an item, I would be allocated to the police station even if it was a R1 item but this is R2000???

Where is the responsibility of this huge Franchise?? Can they be trusted??? This would be put onto "Hello Peter" to be viewed of the Responsibility & Trustworthiness of DISCHEM !! Leedhur Singh (***)
