Disgusting service. Ordered online items missing

Ordered stuff online. At the time all was in stock. Monies were paid. Finally delivery arrived. Two items missing. Sent numerous emails. No response. Phoned the number, waited forever for someone to answer. Was told when this happens it means it was out of stock. my account will be credited. I say when she say 2 weeks. I say “why did they take my money so quick if there was no stock?” She says “don’t know” bla bla bla. She was not helpful AT ALL. Pathetic! If you don’t have stock them decline the item and don’t take my flippen money!!! What the hell!!! NOBODY bothered to phone me or let me know ANYTHING! But OOOOOHH so quick to take my money. Absolutely furious and will not let this rest!!!!
