Disgusting Service Northgate branch

To Whom To My Concern

I sincere request if you are going to offer a service please at least staff it adequately, so that people are treated with respect. We booked my daughter an appointment on your system for 12H00 today. She arrived there at 12H00 and got in the queue.

I have just gone to the branch.

She is still in the queue quite far from the front. She has been sitting there for 2 hours and an old lady two places in front of her has been there for 3 hours.

When I spoke to the branch manager, he informed me that there is only one nurse doing the vaccinations and that there is nothing he can do. People must just wait.

I asked please give people the respect of ether not over booking or at least staff correctly. People do not deserve to sit there for hours on end because you can’t get your act together.
