Disgusting service from sister

Pathetic service I received from sister that was on duty dischem Somerset mall on 28/01/21 even gave my baby injection on thigh instead of an arm asking me why did I come to their branch whereas there's dischem close to where I stay and receptionist telling me that sisters are only helping people who made appointments as if I did not told her I made an appointment online even showed her the confirmation,I'm sooo disgusted by their service will never use them again made appointment for 1 pm and assisted 1:30pm and no apology or whatsoever sister didn't even greet ....
