Disgusting service from Dischem, Bayside

Absolutely disgusted with Dischem Bayside. My grandmother called to get her medication delivered. Firstly it took about 3 attempts before someone even picked up the phone. She organized for delivery on Wednesday and it's now Saturday, still nothing. All attempts to get hold of them on the phone have failed. No one picks up. She is a 76 year old woman and her health is not wonderful, the family all works full time, the delivery service was supposed to be an easy way for her to get her medication without having to struggle to go out the house. This is her chronic medication that she needs, I can't believe how bad this service is, yet they advertise that they deliver within the hour. Absolutely disgusting.
