On Friday the 17th November I communicated with Sunel on whatsapp. She said that she had solve customers problems in the past, but before Friday when I went to her with my problem she said they never encounter my type problem in the pass. She later removed me from the group. This show that Sunel didn't to attend to my problem. She also showed what disqusting service Dis-chem render. Later during the day someone called me claimed the he was calling from Dis-chem head office. I explained my situation to him I even informed that him that I'm going to spread the disgusting treatment I received from Sunel and Dis-chem. He promised that he will take it up with Sunel and he will get back to me. I'm still waiting for his. It show what disgusting service they render.
