Disgusting service

I must advise people of the terrible service from Dis-Chem online and Dis-Chem Benmore Gardens that I as a mother of a one year old baby had to endure during this lockdown.2 weeks ago I went online and purchased a few essential most importantly diaper for my baby .After 2 weeks I received no delivery just a message saying it’s been processed at Benmore gardens branch.I carry on waiting cos I do understand due to the crisis there was delays but not 2 weeks .i eventually called the store and spoke to a person named Neo in Benmore gardens online dept who seemed shocked that I did not have my items and said it would be sent to me that day .i later received a message that the item are with the couriers .i waited 3 days and still no delivery .ive spent hundreds of rands on airtime to contact the store who’s switchboard does it answer and eventually the calls are cut .i leave a message with the switchboard lady to promises to get online to call and they never called.i spend my entire day trying to get my order delivered .i called the online dept and spoke to londi who promised she will check with the couriers and she never called me back .i called again and held on for hours and Tokozo at online tried his best to assist only to be told by the courier that my order is been sent back to the store cos the box is damaged with some liquid spill.I called the courier and the items that she told be is in my box is not what I ordered.There was items like vanish which I didn’t order in the box with the diaper and it spilled everywhere.i explained to them that I needed my baby diapers urgently as I’m waiting 2 weeks and was down to my last few and they said there nothing they can do they emailed the store to take back the parcel.Dischem your service is pathetic.Up TIL now now one not a manager or a staff has called to explain to me what they have done and how the wrong item s are in my order.i sit here on the eve of good Friday without diapers that I paid for 2 weeks ago.is this how Dis-Chem online and Benmore gardens treat people .ive tried contacting them numerous times but no response.Dont offer an online payment service if u cannot deliver .This will be my last I deal with Dis-Chem even though you have been my shop of choice every month for my baby and family essential but the treatment you have displayed I cannot comprehend.

I sit and send this mail not knowing if and when I will ever get my babies item and tomorow till Monday are holidays but Dis-Chem u don’t care as long as I’ve paid and the money is in your bank account .Patethic service
