DISGUSTING SERVICE AT THE PHARMACY

I visited Dischem Gateway on Sunday. The service that I received was highly unacceptable. I always go to Dischem for my med collection or cosmetic shopping because of the wide range of supplies. But on Sunday for my meds collection I came in and was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Ebrahim and with his collegue sitting next to him. I then told him what i was there for and he was being sarcastic the whole time to a point that I got very angry and said there is a lady that helps me but never ask what you are asking me. That is JESS. Very friendly lady. His collegue of which I didn't get his name said do you want the white lady to assist you. What is that in customer service what level of rudeness is that. I have never been treated in that manner at Dischem before. I then requested to print my script so I can see how far I am with collections and that as well was done sarcastically. I took my script and loaded it with Clicks and glad to say that was the last time transacting with Dischem Pharmacy. Even for my cosmetics monthly, I will not even bother shopping there. I am truly disgusted. I do not want to bring colour but I could see that it was because of colour. degrading and looking down on people.
