Disgusting service at Dis-Chem Cornubia

On Saturday , 1st August 2020 at around 2pm I had visited Dis-chem Cornubia to purchase an electronic blood pressure monitor from the store. After a few minutes of unsuccessful searching I decided to seek assistance from a small group of employees who were walking together directly pass me. I called a lady from the group for assistance and she blatantly ignored me. I called out two more times and she still ignored me and started laughing. I then proceeded to state out loud that it was very rude of her to just ignore a customer and a guy from the group turned around , looked at me and then continued with their conversation. The staff members in question cannot claim that they did not hear me as they passed directly in front of me with a distance between us less than 30cm. I do not usually complain about these issue's but I find this behavior disgusting and appalling especially considering these employees work in a custom service position. I hope that these employees will be reprimanded and think twice in future before ignoring a customer.
