Disgusting Service – Order Cancelled Without Consent

I placed an order online with this company and was shocked at the level of incompetence and rudeness I received from an employee named Pumzile Selemela.

Firstly, she kept trying to call me while I was on a conference call, so I was unavailable. Instead of following up professionally, she went ahead and cancelled my order without my permission. When I finally managed to get through to her, I asked why my order was cancelled, and her response was careless. She simply told me to “just place another order” – without even checking whether I would still be able to do so or not.

To make matters worse, she then hung up the phone on me. This kind of treatment shows no care for customers and no accountability. I do not take it lightly being treated with such incompetence, disrespect, and rudeness.

I expect better service when I spend my money. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and I will be reconsidering whether to ever deal with this business again.
