Disgusting service

Disgusting service!I was prescribed 4 months of medicines for overseas trip, approved by Discovery Health which was handed in at Hazeldeaan for collection. I was charged over R2000.00 as they omitted to clear with Discovery and on arrivall in UK I found they did not include a medication for which I was charged R800.00, which I had to pay as they also did not give a generic as I instructed telephonically. They refused to replace these with a generic and I packed the parcel as it was received and discovered the error on arrival in UK. This never happened at Olympus branch.
