Disgusting service!!!!!

I ordered my chronic medication on the 3rd of August, my medical aid does not cover these meds as it is a mental health issue that isn’t covered by the scheme which I can afford, thus it is imperative that I take this medication at the correct time at the prescribed dosage, I pay cash for the meds which amounts to R1060 monthly! I have also been retrenched due to COVID-19 so money needs to be taken care of more now than we have been used to. Dis-chem Claremont, only packed half of my meds but yet I paid the full price, I phoned them to do an investigation and spoke to Hassan who assured me he would do so and get back to me, it has been more than a week later and still no correspondence I phoned them more than 15 times and every time the phones are not answered or put down in my ear. Finally when I got through to the dispensary I got hold of Hassan who was totally nonchalant when I voiced my concerns, I am extremely unhappy with the attitudes of the Dis-chem Claremont staff as it is clear that service and accuracy is not a top priority for them and they are conning people out of their money and putting our health at risk!
