Disgusting service

Wow!!! Made on an order online and was advised my parcel will arrive in three days, this morning at 9am I get an sms my parcel has been handed over to driver to deliver to me, from a store that's 25-30 minutes from me, it's 9pm now, no driver ! No parcel! No communication!!!! Why is the driver keeping my parcel??? Why am I calling dischem non stop harassing them over something I paid for??? Yall are disgusting.
