Disgusting service

So I went to Dischem today at Bayside mall for a clinic appointment, and got helped my a very rude woman named Bev Hill. I get in the office with no warm welcome we continue with the process ,and then she asked me to step on the scale. I politely ask her where is the scale as I could not see it anywhere next to me, then she answers and says "under the bed" to my surprise I asked her oh! Should I pull it my self and she says "yes obviously there is no way u will be on top of it if it's under the bed" I let that slide and did as instructed by her rude behaviour and unprofessional attitude. I step into the scale, and when I saw my weight I was so surprised and shocked as I have not been on scale for a while ,and I was amazed that I have gained so much. And I Said to myself "oh my god" which obviously had nothing to do with her, and you know what she says to me? " you don't come into this room and speak like that about my god" ,this finished it off completely. This woman is a rude *** who does not deserve to be a medical professional ,as a patient and a dischem customer I am beyond disgusted. And this is not the first time she has given me pathetic service, but today she took it too far.
