Disgusting service.

Today I went to Dischem Blue Route. I stood in a line and waited to be assisted. I was sternly called to cubicle two by a certain pharmacist whose name I'll withhold until Dischem contacts me. When I got to her cubicle she was cold, her demeanor was unwelcoming and rude. I put it down to her having a bad day and proceeded to greet as one would. She insisted on scrutinizing my ID and Medical Aid card, she made me feel like a ********. Please note she did not do this with customers before me but for some reason she felt the need to thoroughly investigate my medical aid card. I asked her for a number of medical products for my stubborn flu, migraines and skin issues. She looked at me with disdain and said that I'd need a doctor's script for a cream for psoriasis and that there was only a topical cream available. She did not offer me any advice or the dermalex cream which was right behind her. She also went on to say that I did not have migraines but sinus headaches. She certainly came to this conclusion on her own since 1. She's never been inside my body nor does she know me well enough or at all even to know whether or not I suffer from this. 2. She didn't ask me to describe the headache. If she had I would have told her about my nausea, light sensitivity, blurry vision and the severe pain that goes along with it. No, she knew my body better than I did. She gave me medication for the flu nor did she ask. Instead she shoved over the counter, two products both containing ibuprofen, for issues I hadn't even mentioned. She avoided the topical cream for my skin condition. I have two questions for dischem. 1. Do you treat all customers like ********* or only a certain few? 2. Do your pharmacists have medical degrees or psychic abilities, since they know what's wrong without even asking questions? And finally, are customers not allowed to get medication for more than one ailment at a time?
