Disgusting, ****** Assistant

I was sent to a "gentleman" for advice on where to find an item for a health product. The gentleman who referred me to him was also a worker in Dischem but very courteous, polite and helpful. Since he didn't know about the item I described he showed me Marshall, who he said would help me. However, I went around twice and Marshal was very busy entertaining a bunch of his friends with his personal story about his experiences at hospital etc. After the second time, a lady who was also next to him told me that I could talk to him. I stood aside and waited for him to finish so that I could address my query to him. This rude, obnoxious, ill mannered, uncultured, poorly trained "man" turned around to me and shouted that he was busy and that I should go see "that short woman over there"!!! I was shocked because I waiting waiting quietly and politely on one side until he finished. He was the only one who could help me, not the "short" woman he was sending me to, because she was from another department. She was busy on a ladder doing someone other c****. What is it that provoked this ugly behaviour from Marshall? Did he have a bad day at work, not by the looks of things as he was grinning and showing his pearls to all the women around him! Maybe he saw I'm of the wrong race so he could be abusive towards me???? I am most disgusted with his attitude and I want Dischem to contact me urgently about him as he should be re-trained, or removed from a position which involves working with people of other races as he is too ****** to be on the floor!
