Disgusting Manager of Dischem Bluff

If there was a zero rating, then Dischem Bluff will certainly get it. Months have gone by. A lady called me to say the manager will call me. This happened twice, but it is now clear that that manager is *********** or prejudiced against certain people. It is clear because it is their fault that they took the wrong measurement. Their staff was not trained properly. And now we sit with a problem that the *********** "manager" sticks his head in the sand like an ostrich and wishes it will go away. Is there anyone at Dischem who is competent of do they deliberately hire ***********, disrespectful, arrogant and pompous people who simply wait for a salary that they don't deserve?
