Disgusting, *********** management and customer service consultants at Bluff Dischem

This disgusting store makes empty promises. Firstly the *********** manager has never bothered to contact me. Secondly his staff has been arrogant and untrained and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. Thirdly I have proof of their incompetence. The customer services manager said they will refund me, but they are still refusing to do so. They make cheap promises. It is almost 6 months and they have deceived me. The manager who I did try to contact via email several times, has a perpetual "out of office" will return on 2/04/24. It is 2 months since he is on leave. Hope he gets well, but Dischem then grinds to a halt if someone gets sick? That's sick for a health care company!!! Anyway I am so fed up because they do not take their loyal customers seriously.
