Disgusting customer service from Nomsa Dischem

There is a dischem close to my sons school and after filling petrol yesterday I cannot find my dischem card so I parked my car and walked to Bryan park dischem. I dont like to carry my purse so I left it in my car. I advised the lady nomsa that I lost my card and I need a new one. She asked for my ID or drivers I told her left it in the car but I have my ID or license on my phone .she refused to assist me and I left the store very upset as she didn't even try to assist .
