Disgusting customer service from Dischem online

Ordered online and received the wrong items in the pack. Alerted Dischem same day of wrong delivery. After saying they would escalate, nothing. Couldn't even get through on the customer care line because you hold on for ages. Eventually I go to my bank with the correspondence, order details and pictures of the wrong order items. My bank then reversed the transaction on my credit card. Now instead of contacting me to resolve my complaint, my email is still ignored and Dischem is fighting with the bank trying to convinve them that my order was delivered correctly. Dischem customer service is disgusting. If there was a zero star option, that's what I would have given you.
