Disgusting customer service

I was there this Saturday at the Hillcrest branch to pick up medicine for my chronic baby who was born with con******* Hypothyroidism... She was actually born with No thyroid.. I went with my prescription from the Mother and Child hospital and wanted to get medicine for my daughter.. They treated me like absolute ****. Instead of phoning the Specialist Dr to check with her. I had 3 people come and question me.. My daughter is nearly two. I have been giving her medicine since she was 6 days old. Shocking customer service. Rather embarrass the person getting help for their daughter than follow procedures and call the specialist. Disgusting smile from the woman who was supposed to help me. Shocking how they treat people.
