Disgusting customer service

Good day

Today i visited your vaal mall store and when i wanted to order my prescription to collect later i was in formed by a merchandiser working at the dispensary Lesole Motepe that i am unable to order it as they don’t take orders on Saturdays. There is no signage showing this. I then asked to speak to the manager Riaan Nel who let me wait almost 30 min to assist me then when i asked him to assist me he refused and said i could only get it on Monday. I asked where the signage is stating it he said i should contact head office. I told him I was going to lodge a complaint he said I could do it and I then asked him if I could get my prescription now and he said no because i am lodging a complaint i said well i am in the que he then shouted at a customer in the que and asked if i was in the que. He still refused to help me and I can discuss it with the manager when she is back on Monday as he is not the manager. I then asked for the store manager and Renier came. Long story short he couldn’t help me either, but asked Riaan to help me Riaan flat out refused stating I could get my prescription bit not from him and he walked away. I could have just as well stood in the que as my lunch time almost over anyway. I have never received such poor and rude service ever in my life he flat out refused to help me and them embarrassed me by shouting at customer in the que. Never ever a staff refused to assist me and flat out refused to in my face i have been in retail 23 years and never ever have i ever received such poor disgusting service I hope this is not a reflection of your company values and service this person is a disgrace and should not be working for you if this is how he treats people. When i went to pay Renier went out of his way to assist me as fast as possible. The only redeeming fact in my experience. I wil be posting this complaint on all the possible platforms I can such is my disgust and disappointment.
