Disgusting behavior from Dischem store in Cresta by a cashier named Mbalenhle mpofu

Dear Dis-Chem Management,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the highly unprofessional and disrespectful behavior I experienced from one of your employees, Mbalenhle Mpofu, during my recent visit to your store.

On the 14th of February 2025 I visited your store and was assisted by Mbalenhle Mpofu. Unfortunately, her behavior was completely unacceptable. She made sarcastic remarks directed at me, laughed at me, and openly disrespected me in front of her ***orkers. To make matters worse, her ***orkers joined in, cheering and laughing, which left me feeling humiliated, embarrassed, and deeply upset.

This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also goes against the values of respect and customer care that I expect from a reputable company like Dis-Chem. As a loyal customer, I was shocked and disappointed by how I was treated.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated and addressed promptly. I believe that such conduct should not be tolerated, and I hope that appropriate action will be taken to ensure that no other customer has to endure a similar experience.
