Disgusting attitude by a Rosebank Dis-chem staff member

On Sunday afternoon, I went into the Rosebank store to get a few toiletries and my baby's Huggies. As usual, the shopping experience was perfect but turn sour when I got to the till.

Because I had bought Huggies, I asked the lady at the till (Phathekile Mkhize) to give me a big bag so that I can fit everything in one bag. She blatantly refused my request and insisted that she will give me two small 'plastics'. She went on to tell me that I was broke that's why I was budgeting on the 'plastic'. When I told her that I just wanted to carry one bag instead of two she went on and proposed that she was going to pack the Huggies in the bag and I was going to carry the small items (deo, face wash, baby shoes) in my hand.

To cut the long story short, I asked for her manager who offered me the big bag I wanted and the till lady reluctantly packed everything in the bag while she muttered something about, 'people who think they know everything'.
