Disgusting

<p>I have had endless problems with this pharmacy. From assistants issuing s5 medication, issuing medication short without notifying me. The assistant tells me the customer she does not know what to do. I have to phone the medical aid to sort out isdues witch is their jobs. I have emailed customer care 3 times with no response. I was told the dispensary manager would phone me never happened. Then im accused of taking drugs from several pharmacies by the pharmacy manager herself leana. I sent her a email so we can discuss the seriousness of the issue with no reply shes not intrested. She phoned the medical aid and they told her im getting my medication from another pharmacy, with no refrence nr for the call or anything from my medical aid. Got hold of the dispensary manager natasha she gave me a poor excuse of they cant get information from the medical aid. This resulted in me having to pay R2500.00 for them not knowing what they doing and then then this dispensary manager tells me she got the information but since im on certain medication i might not always be aware of whats going on around me. Im in the same industry so i know what can be done and what not so this is bull. They cant read a prescription correctly they short supply or dont supply at all and then you still have to do their job and if you request for a meeting they dismiss you straight. </p>
