Disgusted with sister Laetitia Barnard at Dischem Centurion mall

Today, I had the worst experience ever. My 9 month old baby is sick, I went to Dischem in Centurion mall. Sister Laetitia Barnard was on duty. She was rude, arrogant, not compassionate and not gentle with my baby. When she was checking the babys ear, she pushed the machine right into the baby's ear that he started screaming and crying. Then she put the stick which she just also pushed into his mouth, She clearly has an attitude, and frustrated towards her job. I will never ever ever go back to Dischem baby wellness in Centurion mallagain. The sister needs to relook at her profession.
