Disgusted with service at Dis-Chem Century City

Today, 28/02/2020 around 11:40, I was at Dis-Chem Century City and I’m extremely unhappy with the service I received there now.

I saw a pack of 4 AAA Duracell batteries for R29,95 and took it to cashier W Van Der Vent (131527) at Till No: 0017.

When the teller rang the item up, I queried the amount I saw on the screen. She said that she’s going to speak to her supervisor.

Even after I took a picture of what I saw, the Assistant Manager still refused to give the product to me and sternly maintained that I, WILL NOT, get the product for the lower price.

I already had to wait in an extremely long line to be assisted. I had to wait even longer for the supervisor. Then had to wait another while longer for them to remove the item that the rung up, because I no longer wanted it. I had to wait longer, because this Assistant Manager had a stinking attitude and walked away saying, someone else can take it off. If I didn’t ask if no one is going to help me, I probably would have waited longer.

I am utterly disgusted!
