Disgusted service

My Family Dr is in isolation and my Mom required her script for her repeat meds,Dr had sent Scripts via WhatsApp and explained that he won't be able to email it but I could.Dis chem pharmacist assistant comes to me telling me but I told you that we can't except the schedule 5 Scripts emailed by me.She had such attitude and didn't know who Karen was who works at Dis Chem. Her attitude was disgraceful and I felt too embarrassed as I was reprimanded like a child. Pathetic service as we usually get my Mom's meds there.In these trying times people need to understand the reason why scripts were sent like this and not push away They could of called the Dr not jump down my throat Disgusted
