Disgusted in Dis-chem online ordering!

I placed an online order and almost r400 less worth of items were delivered. I got an automated response stating that there was issues under lockdown and not everyone got the entire order, but I followed up multiple times now without a response. I used to order online a lot from dischem, luckily I can switch to Clicks now. Super disgusted in your service!!!
