Disgusted customer service at Greenstone!

I was at your greenstone branch and asked for asisstance from the lady at the beauty counter. She seemed uninterested and was so unwilling to help. She asked me to wait as she needed to deal with something and never came back! Then when i ask around I find out she left for the day. This service is appalling and worrying. The manager called me back apologizing etc but a week later no feedback received. Is this the customer service Dischem offers!!!
