Disgusted client

Called Dischem Dispensery on Thursday 13 August 2020 asking if I could come in for my kids vaccine. Was told that the sister is fully booking & I should come in the following week. I then called yesterday, 19 August 2020 at 08:53am, spoke to a lady at dispensery & was told to come in anytime between 13:00 - 15:00pm. I arrived at Dischem at 12:30pm, waited in the que for the sister to arrive. Upon arrival I was asked why am I here to which I explained to the sister & she bluntly said she's unable to help due to being fully booked. After explaining the calls & my son's age she still refused to help.

In future the sister should let Dispensery know her plans so us patients don't drive all the way just to be turned back abruptly P.S. this is the second time I got such attitude from her which to me is totally unacceptable
