Disgusted by the attitude of a Dis-Chem employee

I know that you strive for customer satisfaction, so, I think you should know about the rude behaviour of your employee Simon Molepo, he exhibited on July 31st of 2021. When I asked him as to where I could find Vita-G, he just pointed out with a finger, of which I told him, that I did not understand his finger-pointing. He then asked me with a smirk, if I was off the rocker, and walked away. It was not the kind of service I have come to expect from your company. This Simon Molepo, is not serving the best interests of your store. I suspect that this comes to you as a surprise and that you will surely take measures to ensure that customers are treated with more courtesy and respect in the future.
