Disgusted by incident @ Dischem Table Bay Mall CPT

I visited Dischem Table Bay Mall in Cape Town on Sat afternoon the 13th June. I’m absolutely disgusted to say the least by the fact that i was expected to stand in the social distancing queue outside the store when I’m 8 months pregnant. Im very well of the social distancing regulations which the Manager at the front desk kept emphasizing and she was really not interested in listening to my point. While we all respect the social distancing rules, its common courtesy to give preference to the elderly, disabled and pregnant individuals , its quite disappointing that not even the Manager on duty could acknowledge this. Everyone seemed to be clueless about what i was talking about from the security , the lady host at the door to the Manager herself. I have visited so many stores during this lockdown period ..... not once have I been been treated like this . Shocking, insensitive, senseless treatment that left such a bitter taste in my mouth. I must say customer experience does not matter to you, that is now very clear to me after this distasteful experience!
