Disgusted!

I went to see a sister at Discem, I got there sat for few minutes, went in to check if the sister is busy. I saw 2 doors, one was open, didn't check inside cause I heard people talking in the other closed room so I thought the sister is busy with a consultation. I went back to sit however I pressed the bell thinking it alerts the sister that there's someone waiting outside. She came out but there was confusion cause she was too soft when she called me in. My mom who was accompanying told me that she called and I said no she was just checking only to find that my mom was correct. She came out to call me again but she was irritated, She even said 'Hawu' .. came in for consultation I greeted but she was already irritated cause I didn't hear her calling. I told her what I needed and she rep**** to say is that it that you came for? Wow .. when I mentioned my second request which was blood for my daughter, she told me upfront that she won't do the test. I explained to her that she already did at the clinic waiting for results however I'm too anxious can't wait. She still said no, game me nothing for my daughter didn't even touch or exermine her. Consultation was less than 6 minutes. Is that how you treat your costumers, tell me how should I bring my daughter for immunization if I get such treatment? I went to Clicks after that horrible and unprofessional service and got brilliant service my daughter was attended to by the sister, she gave her attention and the test I requested at Discem and the sister said no .. it was done at Clicks. I shop at Discem but the clinic service was disappointing, customer is clearly not the center of everything.
