DISGRACFUL GALLERIA STORE

HI.<br> <br> The Galleria store has the trading hours form Public Holidays in Bold outside the store as follows:<br> Public Holidays - 9h00 to 17h00.<br> <br> On the 1st of January 2016, Myself and other customers were shut out and barred from entering the store at 16h45. Despite protesting to the security guard that there is still 15 minutes left, we were rudely ignored and denied entry into the store.<br> <br> It is disgraceful and against all principles of business and work ethic, the manner in which this store operates.<br>
