Disgraceful SERVICE

Absolutely disgusting service. I have emailed and called to find out where my order Is and I still haven’t received a definite answer. I called today. I was on hold for 6 minutes... while someone was trying to track my order. When I asked why I’m on hold for so long, I was told to hold on and I was transferred to the online department.

There I asked about my order which contains medication. And was told it was being processed. Bare in mind that this order has been sitting on “being processed” since last week.

I am utterly disappointed in this pathetic service and I require an call from a MANAGER. Not your *********** staff.
