Disgraceful Service

Dis-chem delivery from Berea branch in East London is absolutely useless. I booked my prescription medication to be delivered to my work on Tuesday, 4 February just after 12 o clock. I am still waiting for it to be delivered and when I look on the app it said it will be delivered within 48 hours. I contacted the Berea branch yesterday and the lady said she will arrange it as it hasn't come through on her side. I then contacted them again today and got told it will be delivered this afternoon. It still hasn't been delivered. I received an sms to say my parcel has been assigned to a driver and I will receive a tracking link when it is on its way but I am still waiting. Imagine if I was a chronic patient that needs their meds. This is absolutely disgraceful.
