Disgraceful

A Customer collapsed and the staff at first didn’t even notice, then they said it’s the sister who deal with it but surprise the sister was off-duty which they should know. In general the staff is not what they used to be. Disgraceful!! They should have First Aid training. After all, they are working in a chemist!!! That should be a no-brainer!!
