Disgrace

On the 7th of July I went to dischem in springs mall to order the lucrin depot injection for my daughter as per her's Dr's instruction, I was told that I will get an sms as soon it's in store so that I can book an appointment for my daughter to be injected at their store. I eventually went to dischem on the 17th of July to check as I had not received an sms, the guy who assisted me told me that it's not there, I told him to check whether an order had been placed just to be sure, when he checked he found that the injection was actually there but there were no nurses available to inject my daughter. I went back to dischem on the 19th, waited for almost 35min, then a nurse came out and walked passed us without acknowledgement around 2. We waited for another15 minutes and when I went to ask what's going on, I was told she went on lunch. Dischem your service level has decreased and very poor, I'm not impressed at all. I had to drive to Nigel to get my daughter injected because of your lack of care and empathy. You are a disgrace. Even some of the customers who were waiting left and they are apparently used to such nonsense treatment from your staff.
