Disfunctional Dischem Paarl Mall

<p>I'm sure everyone in Paarl and surrounding areas was very happy when Dischem moved to Paarl Mall and was expanded as well. The feeling did not last very long for me and was overshadowed by Dischem' s personnel's rudeness.</p> <p> </p> <p>Especially at the dispensary some of the pharmacists and supporting personnel are impolite and impatient. </p> <p> </p> <p>A telephonic enquiry is a sheer nightmare! The phone keep ringing off the hook and no one answers it! If you are lucky, after what seems like a lifetime, some one answers and after you voice your enquiry you are put through to a particular section only to get no answer. After you are put through to several people you are nowhere nearer to an answer! This has been going on for literally years!</p> <p> </p> <p>When enquiring something from the pharmacist while holding on I have heard many times how the pharmacist or supporting personnel makes rude comments about either myself or my enquiry. People please!!! We can hear what you are saying while we are holding the line!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Dischem's personell really need a course in manners and people s****s!</p> <p> </p> <p>After years' 'abuse' I decided to take my business elsewhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointing Dischem! ' </p>
