Disfunctional Dischem

I have made arrangements twice for them to inform me how much I need to pay before they despatch my medicine. No luck Two months ago I enquired about my medicine and they informed me I have to payR119. When I querry that,I actually had a credit of R384. This month the same problem. Spoke to Jennylee Booysens at 14h10,she promised to come back to me within 10 minutes. It is now15h11. Cpntacted customer services,also no reply.
