Discrimation

I am very disappointed by the service I received from your shop in ferndale mall, and I have been observing this for months, please help me understand why is Riaan Du Tout doesn't want to serve black clients.

Whenever I visit the store and I wait in the que to be assisted if he noticed that the next client is a black person he doesn't call the ticket, he will pretend to be busy but very quick to call white clients, he dislike black people to a point were when he comes to authorise transactions he will just stand there and not even greet you, but you will here him greeting white people with a loud and lovely voice.

Is dischem for white people only?

Are black people only suppose to be served by black people, is this the service the company is going for

No, give Riaan proper training he can't discriminate customers because of colour of their skin. No ways
