Discrimantion on clients so disgusting .

I am shocked and disgusted by the service received from Dis-chem Southgate Mall .My younger brother has gone to the store to collect the pills for my mom he had with him my mom id document ,my .They refused us collection of the pills because they wanted the physical card from the clinic .My issue with this is we have collected the pills for my mom all the time the Clinic card was never needed .I am extremely upset at this treatment .I want Dis-chem to tell me why are they inconsistent with their process .Or it is the pharmacy saying the clinic clients(government) are less important than medical aid holding clients .I am certain if it was a discovery client Delina and Ngamula would have been more willing to assist. I have bought medication in this pharmacy without any identification through my medical aid and they would take me through security questions .I don`t understand what would prevent them from giving pills i this instance.
