Discovery Welcome Pack

After 2 months I contacted the store(La Lucia) and was told that I could pick up the \""welcome pack\"". I visited the store yesterday and was told that I will not be getting anything because they do not do it anymore. So where is my \""welcome pack\"" that I was told to collect in January? I can understand if Dischem stopped giving it out. My membership was activated when it was being done and reasonably should not be disadvantaged. I just needed to pick it up! I never knew that you could tell someone that they could pick up something and then not keep up to your promise! """
