Discount on perfumes - a ****?

Dischem - one day special offer on perfume is not valid. Yes, Dischem is taking his valuable clients for a ride. The only 25% discount applicable is the adverti*****t in their shops. Whenever you purchase the product on the said discount offer, their system is unfortunately not programmed to allocate the 25% discount. They also not informed their staff regarding the problem. The system allocate only 20% discount. Not even their assistant manager could rectify the problem successfully. Donovan, the assistant manager, also provide us with their Head Office number without informing us that their Head Office is closed already. His unhelpful attitude to resolve this problem to the best interest of his company and client (who assure his company to keep their doors open and pay their staff salaries) is a disgrace for the image of Dischem. His attitude during the attempt opportunity to call his manager to assist the client in his store to the best interest of Dischem is also not acceptable at all. Donavan rather throw the helpful assistant under the bus with his bad customer service. The poor assistant was the cause and motivation to her customer to buy more than one product. All her friendly and helpfull service was in vain, due to a system in the store that is not working accurately and an assistant manager that knows nothing about customer service or strengthens his staff attempts to concluded a sale and to try and rectify the system error on Dischems behalf. The result of this unapproachable attitude of Assistant Manager, Donovan, forced me to cancel the purchase at Dischem Canal Walk. If every unhappy customer cancelled their sale of R 3500 - this could becomes a problem for Dischem Canal Walk?Donovan did not show a bit of remorse or understanding. He instead called his female security officer to defend him. Why?! Donovan, i really hope that someone will teach you better customer skills before this may lead to the downfall of Dischem Canal Walk. Donovan, your staff may need their monthly salaries to look after their loved ones. Just think about it. One unhappy customer is more dangerous that 10 happy customers.
