DISCHEN DONT CARE ATTITUDE ONLY WORRIED ABOUT MAKING PROFITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i purchase from dis chem every month with out fail but i am very disappointed in them as well as the delivery company RAM. i placed my online order on Friday the 23rd March i got a sms from dischem on saturday 24th March saying my order has been fulfilled by benmore gardens. its the 29 March and i have not received my order my baby is 6 months and needs her nappies and wetwipes Dischem has really let me down and this is definitly not acceptable, why have online shopping service when they cant deliver , us busy mums count on online shopping to help us run our busy lives ........................................i am absolutley let down by Dischem its a long weekend so i will have to go out and by nappies wetwipes etc cause of dischem lack of customer care......all they interested in is making money and not looking after there cutomers. WELL DIS CHEM YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL LONG STANDING CUSTOMER!!!!!
