Dischems poor customer service

I bought a kettle at springs mall in November and now it's kettle working at all yet their warranty is still valid. I wanted to replace the kettle but I was offered a dischem voucher which I wouldn't be beneficial to me since I can't find the kettle of my choice at the store, when I asked for a refund a man named Sipho refused to give it to me.
